No, luv, I'm damn near certain of it.

When the Capekillers were holding me [he won't mention which time, haha] they were using an effect so I couldn't hex things open. Felt like the laws of reality sliding out from under me every time I went for me footing. If I wanted chaos magic any purer than that, I'd be talking to Loki.

That sounds exactly like her M.O. [ she sighs, exhaustion and irritation coloring her voice in equal parts. ] The capekiller that Captain America beat to death was the Scarlet Witch's twin brother. Their father, Magneto, has shown his ugly mug, too. So, chances are that she exists in this universe.

And if she's here, we're up shit creek without a paddle.
